Sightseeing Policies

• Starting point for all tours: Harlem Spirituals Terminal – 690 Eighth Avenue (between 43rd and 44th Streets), New York
• Meeting time: minimum 15 prior to tour departure time
• Reservations are required
• Prepayment is required
• Child rates apply to children 5 to 11 years old.
• Children 4 years old and younger not occupying a seat will not be charged.
• Appropriate attire for Harlem Gospel Tours is required (shorts not allowed). We reserve the right to refuse service to clients improperly dressed and will not refund (partially or full) for the tour.
• Harlem Spirituals assumes no liability or responsibility for 1) traffic conditions, or access to sites or other conditions beyond its control 2) sudden closure and non-access to streets, landmarks or sites by Police and or Government officials 3) and acts only as an agent for the companies that actually supply the services, and cannot be held responsible for acts or defaults of companies and/or persons engaged in carrying out the services of the tour.
• Harlem Spirituals reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice and to substitute restaurants, attractions, landmarks and or sites as directed by officials.
Form of Payment
Harlem Spirituals requires that all services be paid in advance (at time of booking). We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover as full payment. As an added security the CVV number of your credit card will be required when entering your credit card information.

Documentation

A confirmation for the services booked must be printed at the conclusion of the transaction. This is the documentation you need to exchange for actual boarding tickets at our office. An e-mail message will also be sent to the address you have provided. This message will not be acceptable to exchange for boarding tickets.
Changes / Amendments / Modifications to existing reservation
Should you decide to make any changes to your reservation after confirmation, our personnel will do all possible to fulfill your requirements. All changes must be put in writing and received by us, contingent on penalty fee dates, e-mail to info@harlemspirituals.com or Harlem Spirituals / New York Visions, 690 Eighth Avenue, New York, New York 10036. For changes that result in a reduction of services and/or for changes within 45 days, a charge of $25 per booking will be applied. If your change results in cancellation of any services and Harlem Spirituals incurs charges, these charges will be charged to you above the change fee. If a change / modification / revision / or amendment is made, at any time after initial request, to the Niagara Falls One Day excursion a change fee of $35.00 will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Harlem Spirituals / New York Visions sightseeing tours :
All cancellations must be put in writing and received by us, contingent on penalty fee dates, e-mail to info@harlemspirituals.com or Harlem Spirituals / New York Visions, 690 Eighth Avenue, New York, New York 10036.
• Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to tour date will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee per booking.
• Cancellation received 2 days prior will be assessed a processing fee equivalent to 50% of initial reservation.
• Cancellation received less than 24 hours prior will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
• Unused tickets are non-refundable.
• No shows will not be refunded.

Washington DC excursion:
• Cancellation received within 5-10 days prior to departure date will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Full price will apply to all cancellations within 5 days prior to departure.
• Unused tickets are non-refundable
• No shows will not be refunded.

Niagara Falls excursion:
• The excursion must be booked at least 21 days in advance to guarantee the rate. After that, rates can be subject to change.
• Cancellation received within 2 weeks and up to 5 business days prior to departure will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation received within 5 days prior to departure will be assessed a full price cancellation fee.
• Flights may get cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather conditions. If and when flights are cancelled due to issues which are out of our control, we cannot be responsible for accommodation in Buffalo; it will be the responsibility of each client.
• Dates cannot be changed if clients miss the flight. There are no name changes allowed on any reservations.
• We are not responsible nor liable for any traffic delays during transfers, flight delays by airlines and any misconduct by its vendors.

Attractions, museums, cruises, helicopter tours
• More than 15 days prior: no charge.
• 14 to 8 days prior: 25% for total services canceled
• 7 to 2 days (48hrs) prior: 35% total services canceled
• Less than 2 days: 50% of total will apply.
• Less than 24 hours: 100% will apply.
• Same day cancellation and No shows: 100% will apply.

Complaints and Claims
Complaints must be made in writing and received by Harlem Spirituals no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. Any claim received after the fourteen (14) days will be processed at the discretion of Harlem Spirituals, Inc.

Legal Notice

You will not upload onto the Site(s), or otherwise use the Site(s) or any products or services provided by Harlem Spirituals, Inc.,, any destructive or unlawful purposes including, but not limited to, the dissemination of computer viruses, libelous or inflammatory materials, pornographic or obscene information, invasive of privacy, stalking or harassment, abuse, tortuous conduct, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material, or any works infringing upon the patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of third parties. You will not download any portion of the operating software for the Site(s) or otherwise control its operation. You will not impersonate any person or entity, including, without limitation, one of Harlem Spirituals, Inc.'s employees, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity. You will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Site(s). You will not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, using the Site(s). You may not use any "robot" "spider" or other automatic device or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes of functionality or any manual process to monitor or copy any of the Site(s) or any information found on the Site(s). You will not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment using the Site(s). You will not interfere with or disrupt the Site(s) or servers or networks connected to the Site(s), or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site(s). You will not collect or store personal data about other users of the Site(s). You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Site(s) or any products or services referenced on the Site(s). If the credit/debit card holder for bookings is not You, it will be Your responsibility to ensure that You have the card holder's consent before entering any related details, and that such details when entered are true.
